We decided very early on in the formation of our company that we wanted to build the firm with people smarter than ourselves. It is not a coincidence that our agents and support staff hold degrees of higher learning from some of the most respected universities in the world. As a collaborative company smart people make smart suggestions and have intelligent ideas. We over hire for every position in our firm and our hiring standards for both our agents and support staff are very strict and demanding. We are a work in progress and see a need to consistently improve the real estate experience for the client and the agent. At Teles Properties we think it is a good idea to work with smart people.
