Orange County February Micro Market Report
The momentum of activity in the Orange County real estate market has definitely changed for the better despite many threatening clouds on the horizon that include unemployment, financing, and the shadow inventory of pending foreclosures.
With much uncertainty in the market place seven of the thirteen markets we follow enjoyed an increase in the total dollar volume of sold listings. The two areas with the highest percentage increase were East Bluff / Harbor View and Laguna Beach. Our agents report renewed attendance at open house activity and multiple offers on well-priced properties.
