A third-generation native of Newport Beach who was raised on Balboa Island, Mike McKibben is eager to share his affection for and knowledge of the area. “Everybody knows coastal Orange County is beautiful, but the things that people can’t see—like school districts and community involvement—are equally important,” Mike says. “They are what truly make a neighborhood special, and I know how valuable that information is to my clients.”
Mike launched his real estate career in 2003 at one of the region’s top real estate firms. He stays true to his roots by focusing primarily on high-end coastal properties that stretch from Newport Beach to Laguna Beach, as well as Eastside Costa Mesa, Shady Canyon, and southern Orange County.
Mike has represented both buyers and sellers in nearly every city in coastal Orange County. He is one of the few Realtors in the region to hold the coveted SFR designation, the only short sale certification recognized by the National Association of Realtors.
