Steve Shull

management_shullMr. Shull’s role will focus on recruiting, agent productivity, and administrative staffing. Mr. Shull will be responsible for executing the recruiting plan, setting up training, coaching, and support programs specifically designed to increase agent productivity, and developing the hiring and training programs for all administrative staff.

Mr. Shull has been coaching real estate agents since 1993. During that period of time he has coached more real estate agents on an individual basis than any other person in North America. Most of his coaching clients are top producing agents in the Southern California area who fit the Teles Agent Profile. Steve specializes in helping agents double their business over a 12 to 24 month period of time. As part of Teles business model Steve will be working very closely with the agents in the company to take their business to the next level. Any agent who joins Teles Properties will be able to work with Steve directly.

Mr. Shull’s previous careers include selling residential real estate, working as an institutional salesperson on Wall Street, and playing professional football as a linebacker for the Miami Dolphins from 1980 – 1983. In 1982, Mr. Shull was one of the Miami Dolphin tri-captains for Super Bowl 17.
